What is Dig Line?

Dig Line is a one-call system that assists you in finding the location of buried utilities that may interfere with your excavation project. Whether you are planting a tree, installing a sprinkler system, fence or patio, knowing ahead of time where the utilities are on your property will keep you safe and without disruption of service.

Request a Locate

Dig Line offers 3 easy ways to request a locate. It’s Easy and its FREE!

  1. Online: “Request a Locate” and select Homeowner (you will have to check the agreement box at the bottom of the next page first). Fill in the form and hit Submit.
  2. You can select the Customer Service Agent logo at left to ‘chat’ with a live operator to complete your request!
    This is available daily, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
  3. Or you can also call 811 on your phone and a Customer Service Agent can assist you.
