Fax-A-Locate
Complete the Fax-A-Locate form and return it to Dig Line to request a locate via fax. Only standard locate requests can be transmitted via the Fax-A-Locate program. Locate request is not valid until confirmation has been received by requester. Work to Begin Date = 2 business days from the date/time of faxback confirmation.
